AMAO VILLA Izukogen
Yes, there is a cancellation fee based on the number of days between your reservation date and your stay. However, no cancellation fee applies if public transportation services are suspended, such as during a typhoon.
・More than 21 days before : 0% of the room charge
・21 to 15 days prior : 20% of the room charge
・14 to 8 days prior : 50% of the room charge
・7 to 6 days before : 80% of the room charge
・5 days to the day of the stay : 100% of the room charge
es, you can check in from 3:00 p.m. only if there is no reservation for the day before your stay.
If we receive a reservation the day before, we will check you in at 4:00 p.m. as usual.
Please note that during peak seasons such as summer vacation, spring vacation, and Golden Week, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins.
You can park up to 3 cars. This includes 2 cars on the premises and 1 car parked on the street in front of the premises.
We have a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pot, bowl, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
We also provide plates and cutlery.
Please bring your preferred food and sauces for the BBQ experience. We provide essential items such as tableware, tongs, gas (provided), and condiments like soy sauce, salt, sugar, salt and pepper, and oil.
There’s an additional charge of 2,500 yen for using the BBQ facilities, which you can conveniently pay by scanning the QR code on-site and using your credit card.
Yes, you can. We offer a fire pit and one-time use of firewood for a fee of 1,500 yen. To arrange this service, please scan the QR code provided on-site and make the payment using your credit card.
Yes, pets are allowed to roam freely in the rooms. They are also allowed on the beds, but please inform us in case of any misbehavior. If you’re concerned about your pet’s behavior, we recommend using a manner wear.
There is no limit to the number of dogs. Basically, up to two dogs are included in the room charge, but from the third dog, a fee of 2,500 yen per dog will be charged, so please contact us in advance.
We do not have any breed restrictions. We can basically accept very large dogs, but we may decline depending on the conditions.
